Child Safety Standards

Our publicly published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) for SMAP, Sparklers Infotech, and the Fame Carpet Android app on Google Play.

Effective date: September 11, 2026

Introduction

This Child Safety Standards statement describes how Sparklers Infotech Private Limited ("Sparklers Infotech", "we", "us", or "our") addresses child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in connection with SMAP (also offered on the web as FameCarpet) and our Android application "Fame Carpet" (Google Play package name: app.smap.mobile).

This page is published publicly so users, parents, guardians, and platform partners can review our standards. It supplements our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Our commitment

We maintain zero tolerance for CSAE and for any illegal content involving minors.

We prohibit using our products to create, request, store, share, publish, or promote sexual content involving anyone under 18, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other exploitation of children.

We do not allow content that sexualizes minors, depicts minors in sexual contexts, or facilitates harm to children in any form.

Who may use the app

FameCarpet / SMAP is a business tool for social media marketing automation. It is intended for adults who operate or market a business — including account roles such as agency users and END_USER (business owner) accounts.

The Service is not directed to children, is not designed as a general-purpose social network for minors, and must not be used by anyone under 18 years of age.

User-generated content is created and approved by business account holders for publication to third-party social platforms they connect. We are not a public forum where children interact with one another.

Standards and prohibited conduct

In addition to our general acceptable-use rules, the following are strictly forbidden on or through the Service:

  • CSAE material in any form, including AI-generated or edited imagery depicting minors sexually.
  • Content that facilitates contact with minors for exploitative purposes, or that solicits sexual material from minors.
  • Using the Service to identify, track, or target minors for harmful purposes.
  • Attempting to evade moderation, safety controls, or law-enforcement reporting.
  • Any other conduct that violates applicable child-protection or criminal laws.

Detection and enforcement

We use a combination of automated checks, platform moderation rules, account review, and user reports to identify violations.

When we confirm or reasonably suspect CSAE or related illegal activity, we may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records as required by law, and report to appropriate authorities and platform partners.

We cooperate with law enforcement and recognized child-safety organizations in accordance with applicable legal process.

How to report child safety concerns

If you believe content generated, scheduled, or published through SMAP / Fame Carpet violates these standards — or involves CSAE or harm to a child — please report it immediately using one or more of the channels below.

Email us at smap.api01@gmail.com with the subject line "Child safety report". Include the business or account name (if known), a description of the concern, relevant dates, and any screenshots or URLs. We prioritize these reports and will review them as quickly as practicable.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then notify us.

You may also report suspected online child exploitation to your country's national hotline or to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org/ where applicable.

For concerns about material already published on a social network, use that platform's in-app reporting tools in addition to contacting us.

You may report policy violations related to our Google Play app listing through the Play Store's standard feedback and reporting channels.
