We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the Service.

• Account details such as name, email address, password hash, role, and profile preferences.
• Business and Brand Kit information including business name, category, location, website, logo, colours, fonts, taglines, and other branding assets you upload.
• Social account connection data such as platform identifiers, page or profile names, and OAuth tokens required to publish on your behalf.
• Content you create, approve, schedule, or publish through the Service, including captions, images, hashtags, and calendar metadata.
• Billing and subscription information such as plan selection, payment status, invoices, and transaction references processed through our payment provider.
• Agency and referral data including client relationships, commission records, white-label branding settings, and invite or referral codes.
• Landing-page preview submissions: the Google Business or Google Maps URL you paste, the business information we extract from that listing and its linked website (business name, category, description, phone number, email address, physical address, and other publicly-available contact details), the timestamp of your consent, and your IP address and browser user-agent for consent audit purposes.
• Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and product interaction logs.
• Communications you send to us, including support requests and feedback.

Our home page offers an anonymous preview generator where you can paste a Google Business Profile link and receive sample social posts. Because the preview processes business information, we require you to accept our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy before generating one.

When you submit a preview, we store the submitted URL, the business information we extract to generate the sample posts, and — if you tick the optional marketing consent checkbox — your intent to receive product updates, onboarding help, and occasional offers from us. Consent is unbundled: accepting Terms and Privacy Policy is required to use the preview tool; marketing communications are strictly optional and never a condition of receiving your preview.

We may re-use the extracted business details to send you a one-time onboarding email or, if you opted in, occasional marketing communications. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your lead record at any time by writing to us at the address below.

Generated preview payloads are cached indefinitely against the submitted URL so that repeat submissions of the same business return the same result without re-processing. You can request deletion of the cached payload for your business at any time.

We use personal information to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

• Create and manage your account and authenticate access.
• Generate, review, schedule, and publish social content according to your instructions.
• Apply your Brand Kit and business context to AI-assisted content creation.
• Process subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and agency commission accounting.
• Connect to third-party social platforms you authorize.
• Send service, security, billing, and product-related communications.
• Contact anonymous preview submitters with a one-time onboarding message, and — only when the optional marketing consent checkbox was ticked — with occasional product updates, offers, and outreach. Every marketing email offers a one-click unsubscribe.
• Cache generated preview payloads keyed on the submitted business URL so repeat submissions serve the same result instantly.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

FameCarpet uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing copy, creative direction, and visual assets based on the business and Brand Kit information you provide.

AI outputs are suggestions only. You remain responsible for reviewing content before approval and publication.

We may send relevant prompts and context to AI service providers strictly to deliver the features you request. We do not use your private business content to train public models on your behalf unless you explicitly opt in to such a feature, if offered.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, attribute referrals, and understand how the Service is used.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may limit account functionality.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below or with your consent.

• Service providers that help us host infrastructure, store assets, send email, process payments, provide AI capabilities, and operate analytics or monitoring tools.
• Social platforms you connect, solely to authenticate and publish content you approve.
• Agency partners, when you are onboarded under an agency account and the agency manages your workspace.
• Professional advisers, auditors, or authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continued protection of your information.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

When you delete content or close your account, we delete or anonymize information within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law or legitimate business needs such as billing records.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and secure credential handling.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal information, or to object to certain processing.

FameCarpet is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided us information, contact smap.api01@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.

Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
