Terms and Conditions

The rules for using FameCarpet, including accounts, subscriptions, publishing, and acceptable use.

Effective date: September 11, 2026

Agreement to terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of FameCarpet, operated by Sparklers Infotech Private Limited.

By creating an account, accessing the website, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service.

You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account for violation of these Terms.

Landing-page preview tool

Our home page offers an anonymous preview generator: paste your Google Business Profile URL and we generate sample social posts using publicly available information about your business.

By ticking the required consent checkbox and submitting the form, you (a) accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, (b) confirm you are authorized to submit the business's URL and information for processing, and (c) authorize us to fetch, analyze, and cache publicly-available details about that business — including its name, category, description, phone number, email address, physical address, and website content — for the purpose of generating and re-serving your preview.

The optional marketing consent checkbox is entirely separate. Ticking it authorizes us to contact you with product updates, onboarding assistance, and occasional promotional communications. Unticking it does not restrict your access to the preview tool in any way; you can withdraw or update this consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by contacting us.

Generated previews may contain minor imperfections typical of AI-generated content and are provided for illustrative purposes. You are responsible for reviewing content before using it in any campaign.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, pose a security risk, or violate these Terms.

Service description

FameCarpet helps businesses and agencies generate, review, schedule, and publish social media content across connected channels.

Features may include AI-assisted copy and creative generation, Brand Kit management, calendar workflows, analytics views, agency white-labeling, and subscription billing.

We may modify, add, or remove features over time. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially degrading core functionality for paid subscribers during an active billing period.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your dashboard. Fees may be charged monthly, annually, or as otherwise stated for your plan.

Payments are processed through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our billing policies and applicable law. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Agency commission, discount, and invoicing features are provided for transparency and operational convenience. They do not create a partnership, employment, or fiduciary relationship unless separately agreed in writing.

Social platform connections

To publish content, you must connect supported social accounts and grant the permissions required for posting.

Your use of third-party platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, rate limits, or enforcement actions taken by those platforms.

If a connection expires or is revoked, scheduled publishing may fail until you reconnect the account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Publishing unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Attempting to bypass moderation, safety controls, usage limits, or billing restrictions.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Using the Service in a manner that violates platform rules, advertising standards, or applicable law.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or authorization to act on behalf of a business or agency client.

Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content, branding assets, and business information you submit to the Service.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display your content solely to operate the Service, including generating drafts, applying brand overlays, and publishing to channels you approve.

FameCarpet, its software, design, documentation, and branding remain the property of Sparklers Infotech Private Limited and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

AI-generated content

AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your audience or regulatory context.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and complying with all laws and platform policies applicable to published content.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be unique, error-free, or free from third-party intellectual property claims.

Agency and client relationships

Agencies are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their clients, configuring white-label branding accurately, and ensuring published content reflects client authorization.

End users onboarded by an agency should direct account and content questions to the agency where appropriate.

We may provide tools to manage multiple client workspaces, but agencies remain responsible for their client agreements and compliance obligations.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account closure through support or available dashboard settings.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, security concerns, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, specific reach or engagement results, platform approval of content, or error-free AI generation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, officers, employees, or suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (or local equivalent).

These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or platform policies.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the latest version took effect.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance.
